Subjects, class levels, teaching mode, timetable, lesson duration, fees, and any materials included will be confirmed directly before lessons begin. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed arrangements are accepted.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment due dates will be communicated before enrolment. Any applicable taxes, platform charges, or material costs should be disclosed before payment. Please retain payment confirmations.

Attendance and punctuality

Students should attend on time and be prepared for lessons. If a student arrives late, the lesson may still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed.

Learning outcomes

We aim to provide clear explanations and structured practice, but specific marks, grades, admissions, or exam results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors including attendance, prior knowledge, effort, and practice.

Student and parent responsibilities

Students and parents or guardians should communicate respectfully, provide accurate information relevant to learning, and follow agreed online or in-person safety arrangements.
