Cancellation / Refund Policies

Effective date: 26 October 2026

This policy sets out the proposed approach for cancelling tuition sessions and requesting refunds. The exact booking, fee, and cancellation terms should be shared with the parent or student before payment.

Cancellation by the student

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Requests received with less notice may be treated as a late cancellation, except where exceptional circumstances are considered.

Cancellation by the tutor

If Avinash Kumar Roy needs to cancel a lesson, the student will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund/credit for the affected prepaid lesson, as agreed with the student or parent.

Refunds for prepaid lessons

For lessons that have not been delivered, refund eligibility will depend on the package or booking terms confirmed before payment. Any refund for unused lessons will be calculated using the disclosed fee and cancellation terms. Lessons already delivered are generally not refundable except where required by law or agreed otherwise.

Course or package withdrawal

If a student withdraws from a multi-lesson package, contact us with the booking details. Any refund for unused lessons, discounts, or administrative charges will be handled according to the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Send a request to avinashsandily@gmail.com or +91 75497 93592 (WhatsApp), including the student name, lesson/package details, payment date, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 7 business days. The time for funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.

For questions about cancellations or refunds, contact us through the details on the Contact Us page.

Review this policy against your actual pricing and booking process and applicable Indian consumer-protection requirements before accepting payments. The 24-hour notice period and 7-business-day processing target should be changed if they do not match your intended policy.
